The hotel is tidy with well-trained staff and offers amazing value. the location is stunning, with a private beach and close proximity to Mahabalipuram. - the breakfast is freshly prepared, rich, and includes desserts. - the restaurant offers a wide spread across Indian cuisine.

The room I had was stylish and functional. The location was stunning, at walking distance from Dutch Fort. Btw, went to city center, located within walking distance of the hotel.

The complex is very beautiful and large. The staff is very friendly. The rooms were also nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. Also the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired.

Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit outdated and could be renovated in some places. The deckchairs at the pool were pretty dirty and the floor around the pool was also dirty.

The hotel is tidy and spacious, with free onsite parking available. The room is brand new and the bed is comfy, making it a perfect spot for a quiet evening. The view of the sea from the window is simply astonishing. The location is nice and perfect, within walking distance to various places. It's only a 15-minute walk from Covelong Catholic Church.

Nice resort - directly at the sea - the renovated rooms are very nice - very good food - pool house could be nicer - also the arrival hall - the first impression - e.g. a lot of nice things in the taj in bekal ;)

Had freshly prepared breakfasts with Multi cuisine, a wide spread across Indian, tasty options to choose from in the restaurant. The location was incredible and ideal, just a short walk away from Dutch Fort.

The room had a modern design with a fancy open shower and bathtub - pretty cool. Being right on the beach was a major bonus 🏖️.

The staff were good but by Western standards, their over-familiarity can come accross a little irritating rather than being viewed as doing a good job. There were rats at the out door dining - I know it's an outdoor location and so hard to avoid but it was really off putting. I was staying for business for 2 weeks and the 1st week we, due to lack of availability, ended up in a cottage, which was very idyllic but I thought overly expensive. The hotel, although has conference facilities was not equipped for business people and didn't have things such as free wifi, which I know is a small thing but when you are paying so much for the accomodation, it should be something that is free.

The all atmosphere: staff, location, food and services were the perfect combination for a relaxing and thoughts free holiday!

As a budget traveler, I appreciated the upgraded rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. The beautiful surroundings, clean beach, and great location added to the charm. The food quality was top-notch and the chef was willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our preferences. a memorable stay.

It was a perfect place, had attentive and really helpful staff with there Service. Location: the hotel was very close to the restaurants where breakfast is served at about 5 in the evening, sugar free bakery to omelette and so much more and Fisherman's Cove for more than 20 years-every year.
